Payment options

You can pay securely by credit card, PayPal, or a number of other popular payment options depending on your region. Payment is handled via fully PCI compliant servers and all payment data is encrypted before sending to payment gateways. HELIOSTUDIO.NET does not store any of your payment data.

How are your prints made?

All prints are created using the giclée process - a colour-managed digital printing process using twelve pigment-based inks to achieve prints of superior archival quality, colour-fastness and stability. This technique is used by museums and galleries the world over to achieve the most accurate reproductions guaranteeing colour fastness for up to 100 years!

What paper do you print on?

I print exclusively on a premium-quality heavyweight ( 200gsm / 135lbs ) fine art paper with a smooth, clean finish. This museum-quality paper has been selected for its consistency and performance with full colour images and illustrations. The matte finish emphasises highlights and tones beautifully, creating stunningly vibrant and accurate reproductions of the original pieces.

Are frames included?

No - frames are for illustrative purposes only, and are not included in your purchase.

Do you do customised orders?

If you have a specific request please do get in touch. If I'm able to assist I will gladly do so.

How long does it take to print my order?

Please allow 2-4 days from date of purchase for printing and packaging.

How are your prints packaged?

Prints are wrapped in protective tissue paper before being placed in a sturdy cardboard tube and securely sealed with robust end caps.

Where do you deliver?

I ship to the UK. If however you want to order outside this territory, please feel free to contact me for a delivery quote.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is FREE for all orders UK.

How long does delivery take?

All prints are sent via Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked Delivery.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

If you would like to return your order please contact me within 7 days of delivery, and dispatch items back within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the print(s) are not returned in their original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value.

What if my order is damaged or incorrect?

In the unlikely event that your print order arrives damaged please contact me immediately so that I may assist you, and make arrangements for a replacement print.
